Tasty Whole Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1.3 – 2kg Whole Chicken
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon butter, melted
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 lemon, sliced
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Remove the giblets from the chicken cavity and pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
